Sky Industries Goes Big in Gujarat: ₹49 Cr MoU Signed

Sky Industries Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat to set up a new manufacturing facility dedicated to technical textiles and apparel. The agreement was formalized during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference.

The proposed project entails an investment of ₹49 crore and aligns with Gujarat’s broader push to attract industrial investments while enabling companies to scale their manufacturing capabilities.

The facility, to be established in Gujarat, is expected to begin operations in 2026. As part of the MoU, the state government will facilitate the process by assisting the company in obtaining necessary approvals, registrations, and clearances in accordance with prevailing policies.

This development is set to strengthen Sky Industries’ footprint in the technical textiles segment while contributing to the continued growth of Gujarat’s manufacturing ecosystem.
